Update a charge
PATCH/cob/:txid
Updates an open charge. You can revise the amount, the debtor, the message to the payer, or mark the charge as REMOVIDA_PELO_USUARIO_RECEBEDOR. Charges with status CONCLUIDA cannot be updated.
