Connect to Wi-Fi

Select Use Wired Ethernet Setup if you prefer a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi. Select Enter Network Details Manually if your Wi-Fi network does not appear in the scanned list.
Bind to your smart meter
-
Request the bind
After the Wi-Fi connection succeeds, the app automatically submits a bind request to your smart meter.
-
Wait for the process to complete
Binding typically completes within 15 minutes, but can take up to 48 hours depending on network conditions. You do not need to keep the app open or stay near the DataBridge Hub during this time. Keep the device powered and within 30 feet of the smart meter throughout the process.
-
Check the status
The app displays Bind Request Complete when the connection succeeds. Tap Explore the App to start using your DataBridge Hub.
If the app still shows the DataBridge Hub searching for the smart meter after 48 hours, contact support through the app.
